Chicken Tikka Biriyani - a fragrant rice with a spicy chicken tikka pieces.

  Chicken Tikka Biriyani Description: Chicken Tikka is marinated by using hung curd and some spices.Later we can use OTG or non stick kadai to shallow fry. If yu want you can include smoky flavour into it.  Then tomato based spicy gravy is prepared and layered with a cooked basmati rice and keep it DUM for sometime. Serve hot along with raita. It’s a packed witj flavours. You can have tikka with some mayonnaise too.  We personally love to make it on weekends. If you want to make something easy witj a restaurant touch on weekends ,you can go for this. Panner Butter Masala Recipe - a creamy and delicious North Indian dish.

  Panner Butter Masala Description: Restaurant style paneer butter masala is prepared in a rich and creamy tomato cashew paste and garnish with fresh cream . Ingredients: Paneer- 200 gms  Butter- 2 tbsp  Oil - 2 tbsp Jeera seeds- 1 tsp Bay leaf- 1 Cinnamon- 1  Clove - 2 Garlic- 8 cloves  Ginger- 2 inch piece Onion- 2 (cubed) Tomato- 2 cups (sliced) Cashew- 15 nos Kashmiri red chilli- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Sugar-1 tsp Kasuri methi- 1 tbsp  Fresh cream- 1/4 cup    Preparation: 1.   Sweet Potato Paratha Description : Sweet Potato Parathas are prepared by using boiled and mashed sweet potatoes and stuffed it in paratha along with some spices.    Sweet Potato Parathas are not only tasty but it’s packed with nutrients.   Jeera Rice Description: Jeera rice is a one pot meal prepared by using jeera ghee and whole spices to enhance the flavour of the dish.  Here am using shahi jeera for the strong flavour. Jeera had many nutritional benefits and good for digestion too. You can also use leftover rice to make this .
