Crispy Sprouts Masala Poha Description : Sprouts masala poha is a healthy evening snack prepared by cooking sprouts with some spices and mix with roasted peanuts, onion and carrots for crunchiness. It’s perfect for weighloss and packed with protein. The roasted peanuts , sev and veggies make it crunchy and tasty too. A flavourful snack, easy to make and taste buds are satisfied!!! Ingredients : Poha or flattened rice - 2 cup Moong or mixed sprouts- 1 cup Roasted peanuts- 1 cup Onion - 1 cup (finely chopped) Green chilli- 2 (chopped) Grated carrot- 1/2 cup Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Oil- 2 tbsp Salt Coriander leaves- 1 handful (chopped) Lemon juice- 1 tbsp Preparation : 1.
