  Crispy Sprouts Masala Poha Description : Sprouts masala poha is a healthy evening snack prepared by cooking sprouts with some spices and mix with roasted peanuts, onion and carrots for crunchiness.  It’s perfect for weighloss and packed with protein. The roasted peanuts , sev and veggies make it crunchy and tasty too. A flavourful snack, easy to make and taste buds are satisfied!!! Ingredients : Poha or flattened rice - 2 cup Moong or mixed sprouts- 1 cup Roasted peanuts- 1 cup Onion - 1 cup (finely chopped) Green chilli- 2 (chopped) Grated carrot- 1/2 cup Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Oil- 2 tbsp  Salt  Coriander leaves- 1 handful (chopped) Lemon juice- 1 tbsp Preparation : 1.   Banana Waffle Description: Banana waffles are crispy outside, crunchy inside and perfect sweetness from freshly ripened bananas without adding any artificial flavours or sweetener.  You can make this for breakfast for kids and serve with honey or melted chocolate along with some fruits.   Pesto Pasta Description: Pesto pasta is prepared by making a pesto purée first then mixed it with the cooked pasta and add veggies of your choice.  This recipe is kid’s favourite and healthy too. Adjust the green chilli based on ur spice level. Whenever white sauce pasta feels bored, you can give it a try. It will become ur go to dinner on weekends then.   Crispy Homemade Potato Fry Description: Potato fry is prepared by deep fried the potato later coated with some spices and fried again. It’s a great choice for kid’s snack. Instead of giving store bought snack for kids, we can make this at home. We didn’t add preservatives and taste enhancer  . It’s gud for kid’s birthday parties and everyone loves to have it.   Moong Dal Toast Description: Moong dal toast is prepared by soaked yellow moong dal along with some spices and veggies of your choice. Toast it in tawa until golden.   We can make this for breakfast or as a snack too. I have added carrot and capsicum but grated paneer and cheese can also be added. Kids loves to have this as an evening snack.   Grilled Chicken Kebab Description: Grilled  chicken kebabs are made with marinated chicken and colorful vegetables, all threaded onto skewers and cooked. You can bake or in an open flame . Here I prefer onion and capsicum along with the chicken for crunchiness but this is totally optional. It’s a great appetizer for a party.   Chicken Nuggets Description: Chicken Nuggets are prepared by marinating boneless chicken pieces marinated with some spices later with a breading coating and deep fried or baked.   We can make these in a bunch and freeze them. Fry or bake whenever we want. Its a great choice for parties too especially kid’s birthday parties. It’s always a hit in our home.   Ingredients: Chicken boneless pieces - 300 gms All purpose flour- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup Garlic powder- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp For Marination: Buttermilk- 1/2 cup Egg - 1 (whisked) Salt- 3/4 tsp Pepper Powder- 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp    Preparation: 1.
