 Banana Waffle


Description:

Banana waffles are crispy outside, crunchy inside and perfect sweetness from freshly ripened bananas without adding any artificial flavours or sweetener. 

You can make this for breakfast for kids and serve with honey or melted chocolate along with some fruits. It’s perfect option for weekend breakfast , it doesn’t takes your time and kids will love to have it. The leftover batter also you can store in refrigerator for later use. 

Ingredients:

Banana - 2 cups(ripened and mashed)

All purpose flour- 100 gms

Sugar - 2 tbsp 

Baking powder - 1/4 tsp 

Egg - 1

Milk - 150 mL

Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp

Salt - a pinch 

Oil - for greasing  

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, add egg, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder , milk and vanilla essence. Whisk well until smooth.

2. Now add mashed bananas into it. Give a gud mix . Adjust the consistency by adding milk into it.

3. It shouldn’t be in running consistency else it will stick .

4. Pour the batter on a preheated and greased waffle maker.

5. Cover and cook for 1-2 mins. 

6. Remove from waffle and serve with chocolate syrup and enjoyyy!
