Oats pancake is prepared by mixing oats, eggs and loads of veggies and make it in a non stick pan. It’s healthy super easy and energised breakfast.

Ingredients:
Oats- 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3
Onion - 1 ( finely chopped)
Tomato- 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum- 1 (chopped)
Semolina- 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation:
1. Add semolina and oats in a bowl
2. Add eggs, chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt into it. Mix well to form a thick batter.
3. Heat a non stick pan with little oil
4. Pour a ladle of batter spread slightly and cook on medium flame.
5. Flip and cook the other side until golden
6. Repeat the same in batches. Serve hot with chutney!!
