Betel Leaf - 2
Clove - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper corns - 15 ( crushed)

Preparation:
1. Pour 500 ml of water in a pan and keep the flame high
2. Chop the betel leaf roughly and put into the water
3. Then add the below to the boiling water. Pepper corns, ginger, clove, turmeric powder and palm candy

- [ ] Ginger- helps to prevent catching and cure the cold.
4. After adding all the ingredients, keep the flame low and allow it to boil for 10 mins.
5. Remove from flame and let it cool of 5 mins
6. Strain using filter and it’s ready to drink!!
