Jackfruit seeds laddus are prepared by coarse grind jackfruit seeds and mix thoroughly with grated coconut, palm jaggery powder, groundnuts , cardamom and cashews.
Jackfruit seeds laddus are very nutritious and tasty snack for both kids and adults. It’s a great option for those who are in weight loss journey too.
Ingredients:
Jackfruit seeds - 1 cup
Coconut- 1/2 cup (grated)
Palm Jaggery powder- 1/2 cup
Groundnut- 1/4 cup
Cashew- 1/4 cup
Cardamom- 3
Ghee -3 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Dry roast jackfruit seeds in a low flame. Allow it to cool down and peel the skin.
2. Transfer it to a blender and coarse grind it.
3. In a heavy bottomed pan , add ghee, jackfruit seeds powder, grated coconut, groundnuts and cardamom.
4. Roast it for 5 mins in a medium flame and transfer it to a blender.
5. Add palm jaggery powder along with this and grind.
6. Transfer it to a mixing bowl, add ghee roasted cashews into it.
7. Grease ur hands with ghee and make laddus out of it.
8. Healthy and yummy jackfruit seeds laddus are ready.
9. Store it in airtight container and enjoyyy!!
