Capsicum Egg Fry Recipe
Capsicum egg bhurji is an indo Chinese style wit an Indian touch in it. Instead of regular egg bhurji i have added capsicum wit soya and chilli sauce for Chinese touch.
It goes well with chapathi, naan, and suitable for kids lunch box menu.I personally loved this recipe and the leftover will be used for sandwich filling too.
Ingredients:
Eggs -4
Capsicum- 2
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Garlic- 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilli- 2 (finely chopped)
Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato sauce- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute well till the garlic turns brown.
2. Add chopped onion into it. Add salt and saute fa a minute
3. Add green chilli and capsicum into it.
4. Let it cook for 3 mins. Then add all the three sauce one by one.
5. Now add eggs and scramble well .
6. Add pepper powder and stir it until eggs are done.
7. Finally add coriander leaves and mix well
8. Serve hot with chapathi or naan!!
