Mushroom soup recipe is prepared by saute button mushroom in onion and garlic and then add flour and butter to make it creamy.
This soup is one pot meal and can make it in just 30 mins. It’s delicious, healthy and tasty too . Kids love to have dis at home. We love to make it during weekends.Mushroom soup is a comforting food during monsoon and can have it guilt free.
Ingredients:
Mushroom - 2 cups (sliced)
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Butter- 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic- 3 tbsp
Chopped onion- 1/4 cup
Chopped onion stem - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
Cashew- 10 (soaked)
Salt - 1 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, add butter, olive oil , garlic, onion. Saute it for sometime
2. Add spring onion stem and mix well
3. Now add sliced mushroom and salt . Allow it to cook for 2 mins.
4. Add all purpose flour and mix with the mushroom. It gives gud texture to the soup.
5. Add 2 cups of water and let it boil for 5 mins.
6. Now take half a cup of mushroom soup, soaked cashews and blend it in a blender to a smooth paste.
7. When yu blend the mushroom and add it to the soup gives the creamy texture to the soup .
8. Now add the fine paste into the soup.Add oregano and pepper powder and let it boil for 2 mins.
9. Remove from flame and serve hot!!!
