  Matar Masala or  Green Peas Masala Description : Matar masala or Green peas masala, is a tomato based gravy with spice   powders and   simply butter. A tasty curry that goes well with rice or roti. Ingredients: Oil - 1 Tbsp  Whole Spices  (Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom ) Onion - 1 (Chopped) Green Peas - 1 Cup Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder - 2 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp Tomato Puree (4 Tomatoes Blanched) Sugar - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi For Green Chili Paste: Green Chili - 4  Garlic - 6 Cloves (Chopped) Ginger -  A small Piece (Chopped)  For Onion Cashew Paste: Oil - 1 Tbsp    Onion - 2   Cashew Nut - 10 Preparation: 1.  Sweet Corn Soup Description: Sweet corn soup recipe - Quick, simple, tasty and healthy Indo-chinese style corn soup made with corn, veggies, spices and herbs. Ingredients: Sweet corn - 1 cob Butter- 2 tbsp  Spring onion- 1/2 cup (finely chopped) Celery- 3 tbsp Crushed pepper- 2 tsp Salt- as required  Preparation: 1. Take the fresh sweet corn for making the soup. You can steam or boil them in a pan, pressure cooker. 2. I choose to pressure cook since tats easy fa me. 3. Cut the corn into 3 or 4 pieces and pressure cook them by adding water  4. Remove the cooked corn cobs and place them in a bowl or plate. Leave the corn cobs to cool down. 5. Use a knife to carefully scrape the corn kernels from the cobs. 6. Set aside 2 tablespoons of corn kernels that we will use later. 7. Transfer the remaining steamed corn kernels to a blender. 8. Chicken Cutlet - famous, tender, juicy and crispy Indian snack made using chicken and some spices.

Chicken Cutlet  Description: Chicken cutlet is all time favourite Indian snack nevertheless the age!! It’s always a hit in every party. It’s juicy inside and crispy outside . These Chicken Patties taste great on their own but they are usually eaten with mint chutney or cilantro chutney. But any other dip, ketchup or spicy schezwan sauce also goes great. Ingredients: Chicken- 300 gms (boneless)

   Onion - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)

 Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

 Kathirikai Katta Description: Kathirikai katta ( Brinjal curry) is a famous delicious tangy curry served as a side dish for biriyani especially in South Indian muslim marriages. The tanginess in the curry and jaggery sweetness is a perfect blend for brinjal curry.    This recipe i have learnt from my mom which is our all time favourite in our home.Whenever my mom makes biriyani , this Kathirikai katta will be there’s in our menu.. It is always a hit in our home .
