Coconut Bun Description: Coconut Bun (Thengai bun) - Tamilnadu bakery style coconut bun is made using homemade dough and freshly grated coconut, tutti frutti. This bun is almost everyone’s all time childhood favourite snack. Ingredients: For making the coconut bun: Warm milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 2 tsp Yeast - 2 tsp All purpose flour- 2 cups  Sugar - 3 tbsp  Melted butter- 4 tbsp  Salt - a pinch       For making the filling: Grated coconut- 1 1/2 cup Granulated sugar - 3 tbsp Tutti frutti - 3 tbsp  Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp Cashew- 15 no.   Other ingredients: Milk & Melted butter for brushing the dough and buns. Preparation: 1. Take a bowl and add in the warm milk, yeast and sugar.Mix well with a whisk and set aside for five minutes. 2. Once the yeast has foamed up, add the flour, Sugar and salt. 3.  Pumpkin Halwa DESCRIPTION:  Pumpkin halwa is an Indian sweet prepared using white pumpkin, ghee and sugar as main ingredients. Like other halwa made using vegetables like carrot, lauki this halwa also tastes delicious. INGREDIENTS: White Pumpkin / Ash Gourd - 1 cup(Grater) Sugar - 1/2 cup Ghee - 3 tbsp Cashews - 2 tbsp Saffron - 1/8 tsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp  Edible camphor - a small piece Preparation: 1. Remove the seeds part from ash gourd then remove the skin. Grate it using a grater. 2. There will be lot of water content, Set aside. To a bowl place a strainer on that place a muslin cloth. Add grated ash gourd along with water. 3. Tie the ends of the cloth and start squeezing. Squeeze completely and measure 1 cup, Set aside. 4. Reserve the collected water.
